When you order a product, register for our newsletter, participate in a contest, use one of our interactive services or otherwise use one of the services from (or as part of) Qenner B.V. your data will be logged.

Qenner is the biggest IT company for the travel industry in the Netherlands, with leading market positions in travel agencies, tour operators and affiliate networks.
Qenner finds it important that the data provided by you is being processed with the utmost care and confidentiality. Qenner therefore complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming).
Aim data registration
Qenner uses the personal data provided by you in the context of the purchase of products and/or services on the one hand to implement the agreement concluded and on the other hand to be able to inform you as well as possible about its (other) products and services. In that context, your personal data is available to all parts of Qenner, so that the most balanced advice or service can always be provided.
Provision of data to third parties
Without your consent your personal data will not be provided to third parties. However, there is a possibility that Qenner is obliged to provide certain information, for example to the police in the context of a criminal investigation. Qenner will only provide information in these cases if it's clear that the requestor has a justified request.

All personal data is securely stored in Qenner's administration. This data base is exclusively accessible for employees of Qenner, to the extent necessary by virtue of their position. Qenner also makes reasonable efforts to protect its systems against loss and/or against any form of unlawful use and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures for this, taking into account, among other things, the state of the technology.
However, Qenner cannot be held accountable for the loss of data, damage to files, unlawful access to computers or files, ad-distributed viruses, other illegal programs or files, or any other consequence of making data available to Qenner.
Acces to and correction of data
